Well,I'm coming on 48 and I hear you bro...MOtivation is hard for me also...I always had really good training partners when i competed and the good ones never miss, especially with something coming up in 12-16 weeks....
Now with that said I can't squat anymore I just had my 3rd left knee surgery so I set up a small gym in my garage....I bought close to 560 lbs of olympic weights for .15 a lb...3 york bars for $10 a piece.flat nech, incline, smith, and a seated preacher with a new ez-curl bar....I think with all that said..I think I spent maybe 450 for everything......I train 1 body part a day 5-6 days a week..get plenty of rest...I'm only doing 500 test e e/w and 200 mg's suspension e/d.....I think the fact that I'm only doing 1 b/p a day doesn't burn me out....It doesn't become a chore that way for me...
Now if your going to make a move...I would say Atlanta...I lived there for 17 yrs....I'm in New England because of a divorce but I have to tell you the cost of living is great, jobs are easy to come by...House are still very affordable and the wheater is nice...Summer's are hot and humid.....
The other place I would tell you to move is Vegas....Never been but everyone I talk to loves it because you can make a living out there...
Hope That helps you bro....Oh Celexa is helping me alot right now...I don't think I could make it with out it to be honest with you...
