Staying on cycle forever

Nothing Iv ever done shut me down permanently. Not grams of test or grams if promo or grams if testosterone. If you always come off as long as youv been on like the old time guys did you will almost certainly regain normal Hpta function. But no one wants to come off. And permanent shutdown is inventible if you don’t her your body heal from the damage. At least thats been my experience. Nearly 30 years of gear use/abuse and iv still gained mine back and made above average natural tear

So clomid has worse sides than tren or having 0 test for a few months? Wow! Can't believe what some people think!
6 weeks on tamoxifen and by week 7 I’d probably have a rope around my neck. Though I’m guessing the same would be true with no testosterone

I wouldn’t say im lucky at all. I create my own luck. I came off half the time almost always over the course of decades plus and let my body recover. I honestly personally don’t know 1 other guy that’s taken equally time off to let themselves have a chance of recovering. It was no accident. I always came off after upping doses didn’t keep working. It only made sense to just let my body recover. I never really followed what other guys did in life. I let my owns gut feeling and intuition guide me. And ot happened to work. Now if was to keep on abusing steroids after 55 like I am it probably might end badly. So I’m doing it all in moderation now

I don’t know about you man but the higher doses and things like Tren and orals just are side effects now and really merit no more use. Even hgh was making me feel like shit. Ruined my sleep even 1-2 uis got me close to pre diabetes. So test deca npp and eq are going to be all I use. They still work well and don’t tank my bloodwork except some extra red blood cells which haven’t even caused an issue my blood pressure this morning is 134/61. And my resting heart rate is down to 66 from 90 a month ago. 10 min of cardio 3 times a week lowered my heart rate this much. Im going to start 20 min 3 times a week this week and keep working up until I do more time on cardio than weights
 
Personally I dont see the point in coming complete off like some due. Ive tried dropping to "trt" dosage and it didn't really do much for me. I stay at 400mg on normal basis. Im also not doing Gs when blasting like most do. So really I think this topic is individual based. However, do we wanna live forever anyways? Rather best version of me while im here. Just me

Exactly. Ive been messing with my trt dosage lately. Trying to find that sweet spot. 400 might Lil to high. Im going mess with 350 once I come off my current blast
 
In my opinion will be dose and goal dependent if you’re blast is 800mg then you’ll be fine dropping down to TRT

But if your blast is 2-4g and you’re trying to maximise everything I just don’t see dropping down to a legit TRT to be the best option just to big of a swing in dosages unless of course health requires it

Did you make progress on fake gear with zero/very low total testosterone? Did you lose muscle mass during that time? It was many months, right?

If you can make progress or maintain on fake AAS, TRT or TRT+ isng going to be detrimental.

Let's be realistic, if this health phase is 10-12 weeks, the first 4-5 weeks androgens levels are still high, though declining, so you're on TRT or TRT+ for 5-6 weeks in a calorie surplus. How much lean tissue are you going to lose in 5-6 weeks? Not much.

Going from 2-4g down to 150mg Test is going to mean less water and inflammation.

Your genetics are above average too. Your start point in bodybuilding in terms of LBM acquired is high naturally, your bodybuilding journey is short and progress fast. Dropping to legit TRT isn't going to make massive swings in weight losing LBM.

Sadly not I regressed pretty badly hard to
Put a number on it but we reckon lost about 10lbs of actual muscle but that would of been primarily due to trying to prep on fake gear

I personally wouldn’t drop to a trt dosage whilst pursuing a pro card unless health requires it but I also agree short term it probably wouldn’t have much detrimental effect

@bbxtreme made a good point about this that for those really pushing things who aren’t genetic elites that trt/cruises aren’t helping you progress forward (assuming health isn’t an issue) and the route for progress can be quite different for those with less/more extreme goals


I don’t think we can argue that dropping to trt for weeks on end or even a cruise is going to help make much progress towards such a goal

I would also probably say done strategically say in a rebound phase (which I plan to do myself) where you’re super responsive from increased food and lowering stressors or maybe during overly long offseasons as part of a sort of reset of digestion has gone etc that they won’t detract much either

How I view it - Do your absolute best to maintain the best possible health at peak dosages (my bloodwork is better at peak offseason dosages than it was on bunk gear ironically) and then use those periods of lower gear to work on your health some more and just drop overall inflammation and stress that I’m very sure high gear will attribute to

I’m not in anyway trying to say running high dosages is just as safe as cruising/trt I’m almost certain it isn’t but I believe it’s the cost of doing business for those of us trying to push our potential to the absolute limit in a given timeframe

I also believe once you’ve built say 90% of your size you can cut your dosages considerably and still make improvements and refinements and is exactly what I intend on doing

Also fully admit I may be totally wrong on all of this I’m not even 3 years into it and trying to find legit resources for such niche info is hard but this is currently what I believe to be true

there is no point to come all way off, did that before for 6 month with extensive PCT at 26yrs old had levels checked and DR laughed at the results, TRT for rest my life..

thank you man. what was your reason for getting off if you don't mind my asking. a lot of the forum is decidedly in the blast/cruise camp but ideologically, if my body can make it, i want to preserve that function for as long as possible, even while i enjoy other sins.
 
I've asked this question before on forums, hypothetically, who would look better? Who would be healthier?

Guy 1. Runs 300mg test year round
Guy 2. Runs 150mg for 10 weeks, then blasts 450 for 10 weeks, repeat

Different numbers can be used of course but the above averages out to the same total dose over a year. Almost everyone has replied guy 2 is a better approach.
It would seem like guy 1 would look pretty damn good year round while guy 2 looks good, them great, then good, then average-Joe until he starts back up. And his system has to deal with the swings in muscle mass, blood pressure, etc., over and over.

I think guy one will live longer and be generally more satisfied with his appearance and training throughout his life.
