does any one do this rather than blast cruise ?
is this what the pros are likely to do ?

i have a friend who cruises on about a gram a week year round, than throws in other stuff when he blasts, not exactly the best thing for ones health but works for him

Staying on high doses year round definately works, there's no doubt about that.

As a cycle of heavy AAS goes on the problems just continue to compound on themselves. I think it's a terrible idea from a health standpoint not to take a break and allow hormones, cholesterol and the like to come down to reasonable levels.

im sure it would work but i think that the risk and sides far out weigh the benifits.

your cholesterol will likely be the first problem followed by heart related problems

honestly i dont think that the whole blast cruse thing is a good idea without comming off completly at some point and fully recovering

Of course it works but it's not worth the risk. Really just not worth it..

im really not genetically gifted enough to utilize a protocol like that haha

A lot of pros stay on high doses year round with maybe a month break and that's maybe. Not a very healthy way to live but you do what you gotta do to make your money. There have been some pros whose careers have ended short because they were burnt out on being on high doses all the time. So unless your a pro or a high level amateur who has potential to go pro, staying on all the time isn't a good idea.

Its a sure way to have a very short life. Most of what everday people do to their bodys is unhealthy. Your average drinking is no more healthy than your average aas user,etc.. but there are degree's. I personally feel that if you limit your gear to 1-2cycles per year and cruse on a safe hrt type dose with bloodwork you can live just as long as anyone.

On a side note can anyone beat this:
I got a buddy who has been on for 3years. the last year was 2g's of tren enanthate per week with 1500mg Test as well as 100iu's of long acting insulin everday. That was a full fucking year. Before that typical cycles were 1000mg tren ace/ 200mg adrol,etc... Here's the crazy part. He's 6'2" 250lbs but looks totally natural. He also trains his ass off, eats perfectly, does everything he can. Its proof that this sport is all genetics.

sounds like a Darwin award in the making

He must have some bad genetics then.

250lbs is pretty impressive imo lol unless hes fat of course

as long as you have bloods done then i dont really see the problem

how many drinkers get there liver tested ?

i had my bloods done when on over 2g gear plus oxys and nothing was out of range

Just getting "bloods" done is not the total problem. What about monitoring and managing blood pressure, fluid retention, "thick" blood, enlarged heart, thickened left ventrical, potential heart failure?

BTW most folks I have known who were going to "get their blood done", do it once a year at best. Notice I said "most", not all. Its difficult to spend the money when everything "seems" ok.

Unless you are making a great living at bodybuilding or professional sports, it seems extreme with the knowledge available today.

YOu guys are all talking about coming off completely for health reasons but what about people that require TRT. Wouldn't coming off be counter productive for them? From the reading I've done, as long as you're within normal range Test wise, most of the side effects are non-existent. Maybe I'm off here as "cruise" and "TRT" can mean two completely different things I guess. I think "cruise" is usually meant as someone who is at Supra levels constantly.

The truth is nobody knows. There are folks that have run a gram a week for 30 years with zero problems. There are also those dropping dead at age 29 (or less) due to a blood clot or heart defect.

Often injectables do not effect cholesterol values or cause any other identifiable problems whatsoever.

Of course then someone posts a study showing heart cell death from excessive testosterone levels.

Who knows...

but he's 6'2" prob around %13 or so.

Im not financially gifted for year round! But several years back I did 18 months straight, not heavy but 750 a week and loved it!

are you serious ?thats nearly 18stone

6'2, 250 isn't very big in my book. It's big if the 250 pounds is contest shape, but I highly doubt that he's in contest shape year round. I'm 5'7, 215, 10% bf right now and I don't even consider myself big.

You kidding me? 215 at 5/7 and that lean. That ain't small.
