Staying on to long

Ive always stayed on gear for long periods of time and now that i have to take a break to have a child ive reavaluted my cycle plans. Ive been on for over 2 years every time i take a break and my growing i think slows down. Iam thinking of running blast and cruises from now on after i get my wife pregant. Do you guys have better results cycling this way or staying on all the time? I think a good break will help me out letting everything recharge in a sense.
 
At 43, thats what I do, will cruize on 200 test till december then blast and taper till summer, then coast. @uck that rollercoaster they call PCT.
 
even though pct is a pain and coming off cycle sucks, I still think taking time off is always a good idea. not everyone agrees, but imo its always a good idea.

what will recharge? the fat depots on your body? cause nothing positive will happen to your muscle mass. no such thing as receptor downregulation, if this was the case you would get smaller while using the same dose for an extended time, not the case as you can tell yourself. you are just as big as the dose you are on.

I agree somewhat thats why i stay on so long but iam trying to be better about taking breaks. When i stay on to long i start getting a little hard to deal with and my wife gets pretty pissed off.

I believe he is referring to his NATURAL hormone levels -- so he can have kids. True, nothing positive will happen to his muscle mass but then again, there is more to life than just being muscular.

To answer the original question, I believe taking breaks between cycling is not the best way to build muscle. Coming off means loss of muscle and gain every single time. However, my opinion is that its healthier in the long run. Its nice to have your body back to normal. And being healthy has to be part of this game.
 
Unless you're planning to be on indefinitely I believe in blasting and crusing. That's the only way I do things. I blasted and cruised for as long as 8 months before and when I finally came off I actually rebounded better than when I would do a typical 10-12 weeker.

How could they not? I'm 29 and that's how I roll and I feel much better that way. 200mg/wk puts me significantly higher than I ever was naturally. Better mood, more motivation, better sex life, can maintain a lot more muscle with a lot less effort.
 
I've been on trt for yrs now and just starting to be conscious of the size of my nuts. After being on so long will hcg work to bring back some size?
 
Personally I dont see any problems with 150-200 a week. My dad who is 55 is on 150 a week and he feels great.
 
Agree with the guys above. At 37 myself and done having kids I have been blasting and cruising the past three years. I used to use a higher cruise dose of like 500mg a week but now I'm in the 150-200 zone and I think my body prefers the lower cruise. It also makes me need a bit less on a blast. I definitely look better and am stronger in 2011 on lower doses than say 2-3 years ago on higher doses. So yeah dosing is not the end all be all when it comes to body comp.
Its truly amazing what you can maintain on just 75mg of Test-E E3D.
 
Just wondering how its healthier for your system to nosedive, recupe and start all over again. Just to get back to were you were. How much longer will you live with 3 mnths off? 3mnths?....hrt for me.

just ran a good cycle from march to july, ran a good pct and feel pretty freakn good, i felt my body is healing itself quickly, and im very anxious to get back on.
as concreter said im looking to start up with a low does of test then build from there then taper down til the summer.
Ive been reading alot about blasting and cruising and i think thats how im gonna do it. I def lost a few pounds, but maintained more than i thought, been eating good and doin good workouts,
it seems from what i read a lot is, if u have a size goal, stay on til u get it.:cool:
 
I'm actually going from 200t, oct, nov- 1000t and 600d in dec. Then 1650t, 600d with a, a+d kicker for jan+ feb. Drop deca and add in tren for march, april and may @ 2-400, whlie lowering test 200 mg each mnth. This june july and aug 1000-600 test and 800primo with some var [may+june]. Drop primo for fall and also start dropng test back to 200, and start again next dec. Evaluate last cycle before new. If I can maintain 250lbs during summer, may decide to stay at 2-500t and 4-600primo and never blast again. 43yrs old, 6'2 @ 6-8% Big enough.?. Need to be satasfied sooner or later.?.
 
cant say much for the younger crowd, but I am in the 40 + group and I think the older you get, the more you like to stay on. running a cycle and then cruising is they way to go.
