8 oz individually wrapped for $2, and NY Strips at that!! I cleaned them out, this will probably last me 10-12 days or so. Yeah, I know kinda goofy pic, but fuck I'm proud of my purchase!!

I use a little Montreal Steak seasoning on them. I occasionally pan fry them and often cut them into strips and use them in a brown rice stir fry I make. As I get leaner I back off seasoning though. I had to cut back on chicken this diet, I've been eating baked chicken for far too long and I'm sick to death of it!! And call me crazy, but for some reason I think red meat and fish makes me look harder than chicken. Back in 05' I was hard as nails and I was eating more steak than ever, strictly NY strips or Sirloins though
hmmm, I use the montreal steak seasoning too. For me, baked chicken = nausea. The only chicken I go for these days is a whole rotisserie they sell pre-seasoned. 5 bucks for a free range bird ain't bad, but I like your steak deal. Just FYI, though, don't buy steaks from the meat man (like the ice cream man, he drives around and sells meat)... bad cuts for sure.
Rotisserie chickens at grocery store, good shit!! Only 1 problem though "Feeds a family of 4" yea right, my ass!!
