I Had my plane ticket and was set to go, and 4 days out I picked up a nasty flu...the doc gave me Albueterol inhaler, codine cough meds, and 2 Z-pacs incase it became a bacterial infection. we keep in contact, and she is back in the States in 4 weeks. I have been chatting with her for about 5 years now...good lady.

right now I am 6'0" 255...I was 267 about 6 months ago, but I was a chubby 267 (4 abs showing )

now I am 255 with veins in the delts and across the chest...I need to get some leg pics rolling...hell I need a tan first and foremost. hard to see detail when my legs are whiter than the flash coming out of the camera.
