Hi guys,

After all these years of training, all these cycles I would like we share our opinion about all of this.

Personally,
-I realized campounds that worth it are just few : nandrolones/test, a DHT and a mild oral. Tren for recomp but low doses and short time use.

Slin is just a transport drug but I realized I just hold glycogen and water with it. Once you stop, you loose a lot (fullness etc...)

Hgh, use it for month and month. Usefull for antiaging and healing. Good tool to stay lean year round. But NOT a mass builder at all. I dont know if I can vouch it for the 3D look I get or more for my heavy training sessions.

All other aas are no worth it imho, EQ so mild, and for some guys sides in a bottle, dbol/adrol ar just fuel for nipples. mtren so toxic just for focus. halo good only on prep.

Nutrition :
I try to eat only solid food for month and never notices better gains. For me solid food = liquid food. period.
Key is to vary protein sources, carbs and fat.

Training :
Progressive overload, mix rep ranges, switch exercises every month. Take care of joints and avoid injury.

I swear a lot by health supps and pretty careful about brand quality.

What about you guys.

I look so much fuller and harder when i eat mostly whole food im talking about 5-6 whole food meals
And 1 shake at the most

At 3-4 IU i noticed the fat burning effects not much muscle building/fullness

6-8 IU with insulin is where the magic really happens
They work so well together
Fullness, skin bursting pumps, and thats when you start getting the really round look

Interesting about whole food mate but did you consider the drug you use during the nutrition plan ? I mean did you same experienced and used the same drug when you ate liquid food vs solid food ?

I can't eat solid meal so often because of my job so I try to mimic at the best, solid food, I put lot of mixed carbs (ground rice for example) with fat and isolate and eat slowly.

I got 4 solid meals + 3 liquids.


I'm totally agree with you budd about slin, fullness, pump and roudness. However I feel that these positive things just come out once you stop.
Do you use slin pwo and with everymeal ?

What do you think about orals and test dosage ?

I agree with solid food = shakes, I usually do 3 solid meals and 4 shakes with whey isolate.

Whey Isolate still comes out to be the cheapest source of protein $ per gram of protein

Easy to digest, prepare etc.

Test, Tren Gh is about all that is needed, add insulin once gh doses get higher. Nothing beats insulin and gh for adding size if done correctly and in high enough doses

after a lot of experimenting with other AAS I came to the conclusion test is best and for me other ones are just side effects that make the gains not worth it. Testosterone is amazing up to 750mg/week (never tried more than that). Even 140mg/week is great if you don't want to build mass.

Anadrol, tren, EQ, Deca, primo, superdrol, dbol, mast...all those came at a price to me side effect wise that made me regret running them.

Just stick with test/AI/GH/curcumin/resveratrol and am 100x happier now.

GH/IGF helps me recover quicker from heavy training sessions so I love it, could care less if it helps me build mass (I don't think it does).

My breakthrough came when I started using half gram of curcumin per week injectable with 350mg/week resveratrol injections. The res helped me get leaner/more vascular/use less AI and the curc keeps me fuller kinda like GH but without the water retention.
