Hi guys,
After all these years of training, all these cycles I would like we share our opinion about all of this.
Personally,
-I realized campounds that worth it are just few : nandrolones/test, a DHT and a mild oral. Tren for recomp but low doses and short time use.
Slin is just a transport drug but I realized I just hold glycogen and water with it. Once you stop, you loose a lot (fullness etc...)
Hgh, use it for month and month. Usefull for antiaging and healing. Good tool to stay lean year round. But NOT a mass builder at all. I dont know if I can vouch it for the 3D look I get or more for my heavy training sessions.
All other aas are no worth it imho, EQ so mild, and for some guys sides in a bottle, dbol/adrol ar just fuel for nipples. mtren so toxic just for focus. halo good only on prep.
Nutrition :
I try to eat only solid food for month and never notices better gains. For me solid food = liquid food. period.
Key is to vary protein sources, carbs and fat.
Training :
Progressive overload, mix rep ranges, switch exercises every month. Take care of joints and avoid injury.
I swear a lot by health supps and pretty careful about brand quality.
