Just curious if anyone uses a fit bit / fitness tracker to measure their step count so to monitor NEAT levels?
If so, what does your average daily step count look like if trying to just stay fairly lean? And how might you adjust this number to drop fat further?
Of course, this is assuming that you’re already weight training on top of this.
