I can tell you from experience the two don't go hand in hand well... the bigger one gets either from fat or muscle mass the lower one's VO2 max will go.. That's why big guys have such a hard time running or with cardio in general.. also if you're going to take bodybuilding doses of AAS be prepared for pumps so painful that running will not be possible.
I think your best bet is to shoot for a slighty bigger than normal look. Maintain your cardio and get your BF down nice and low.. Low body fat will make you look bigger than you really are.. I know when i was in the military guys were taking about 150 to 250 mg's of test e aweek. that was it

Ben Johnson was no small guy. Also understand that Winstrol though it helps you get fast... it's bad on joints. Watch out for stuff like EQ because after about 30 yards your calves will lock up in a painful pump that you'll never forget... I know.. I tried EQ during tennis season.

That's the same thing that happens to me.. actually it happens when I'm not on cycle too... go figure.. calves hurt so bad I can't even stand up anymore .. my friends are always saying it can't be that bad but they just don't know.
When I was on winny, i would get a pump in the area right along the outside of my shins....it was definitly a pump, it would happen sometimes from just walking around. I had to drop the winny and havent touched it since.
