bro, If you took my last post as me trying to tear you down and discredit you. I truely apologise. that is NOT what I'm trying to do by any means. It just comes across to me that you argue points some times with bros that are just trying to help you out. we're all here to help. thats what this game is all about. And I do give you credit for having the drive that you do. It just seems to me that your getting ahead of yourself a little and putting to much attention on the smaller things involved and not looking at the true building blocks of bodybuilding. personally, I do feel that if you don't compete you shouldn't be on gear yet. but what I think dosen't matter in that area. but so you know bro. I have absolutly no problem with you. and I am more than happy to help you. I just felt that you weren't listening to much being said by anyone.

I just read this post for the first time and the thing is your going to listen to what you want us to tell you and thats fine if you do what we are saying because these boards are not about who knows more, but how to share each others knowledge. I think a mild dose of juice like what you are on is fine. Is it the best thing to do, probably not, but thats not what you are going to do. Your diet is a definite improvement from what you had, keep it up. You dont need some fancy ass diet right now to grow just eat and make sure you get at least 300gms of protien. Now you training needs to tone down a bit. Trust these guys when they say Less is more. Post your routine, I'm sure plenty of guys will make the necessary corrections. I would strongly recommend that you stay off for a while after you finish this cycle and see how you grow off natural supps, creatine, glutamine, ala, etc. and when that shit stops producing gains then do another mild cycle 8 wks of 500mgs test and 200-400mgs of Deca. Your gonna grow bro just keep it simple no need to over do it at your stage.
 
I tought that how more i juice how more i gain. It was stupid, and can't believe what i was thinking. If i overjuice myself now, it's not good for the future.
Looks like everbody thinks the same about the juicingthing. So i have decided that after this cycle is completed i will not juice again this year.
I did a creatine/glutamine cycle, and i gained good.
So i go do the creatine/glut. cyle again.
It's not for my health i decided it, but i feel that i'm still growing, and when i feel, that i don't grow anymore, i will juice...

Btw, creatine and glutamie are not that really important. With the money you could save on those two product, go buy food.
 
Hallelujia!!! Now we're making some progress here. Ok, once you're through with you current cycle it will be time to experiment with, and perfect, your diet and training. When you're off gear you'll be able to tell what actually works for your body, instead of the gear causing you to grow no matter what. Keep learning bro, we're here for ya.

If you need any help please let us know. going about things the smarter and healthier way like your talking now will get you sooo much further and closer to your final goal of being a freak in the end. I wish you luck bro. keep up the hard work. eat, train,eat, sleep, eat!!!! and like said above, don't get to carried away with all the fancy shit. just eat. and as far as glutamine and creatine. there good supps, but I truelly believe that you'll get better gains from solid foods.
