Hello. I'm looking to start my first cycle ever, but, it is hard to find informations for endomorphs in bodybuilding world, I'm looking for some tips of cycles for endomorphs body type. For me it is A LOT easy to put on mass or weight and fat on, I'm a easygainer, I have that powerlifter body look or strongman body type but without the big gut, some people say that endomorphs should not use lots of steroids on a cycle, and not to use steroids that put lots of weight like Anadrol right ?, so, what kind of cycle would be good to not gain fat or water weight. Also, I would appreciate other tips for endormorphs like diets and workouts. Thanks.

Don't get me wrong but from what you postal the only thing I can say is: do not use steroids yet, as its seems like you have basically zero knowledge in regards to bodybuilding, diet, trening and especially PEDs. This is not an assault it's just a kind recommendation from me. First of all the somatotypes judging physique is so overrated that no one with the proper knowledge or internet should use terms like "endo, meso, ecto" ever as it's just incorrect. 2th there is no special cycles for any of the bodytypes. 3th no one should use "a lot of steroids" in their beginnings, or ever if possible. Get a good coach, and start lifting properly with good diet in the background first. Then come back with the question to your coach in about 2-4 years.

Even Vader would not like to take you to the dark side. You are so not ready you need at least couple months of learning and also you need to first cut to single bodyfat level before you will even think about the gear.

As others have said, press pause on your plans. Learn how to diet and train properly first. One those have been nailed and progress stagnates then you can venture into AAS.

I know you’re probably itching to jump right in, but you’ll be terribly disappointed if you don’t do it right.

The idea of classifying people in these groups literally died 15+ years ago. When I was getting out of college in 2004 it was barely mentioned in textobooks and we were taught it's basically nonsense. This is like 1980's and 1990's type stuff.

I'd pause everything and just learn to eat and train my man.

Dial the training and diet before jumping headfirst into the woodchipper.

Knew this was going to be a shitshow of a post when I saw endomorph in the title

OP didn’t disappoint
shitshow of comments is people saying that there is no such thing as endormorph, all right, those guys that is tall and wide as fuck has the same body type as those small short torso ectomorph body type, of course, all right, those guys that eat a fucking lot and don't put any weight on, I weight more than 220 pounds since when I was 15 years old and never worked out, If I eat the same as those hardgainers guys I put weight on every fucking day. Some people put on weight easy some people eat a lot as fuck I don't gain any weight, actually, it's really rare here in America endomorphs body type, it's more common in Europe and East Europe where we see those strong powerlifters and strongest man. BUt, some guys saying here that there is no such thing as somatotypes it's a fucking joke of course.

I totally disagree, people have different body, some are tall, some are shorts, some gain weight easy, some gain weight harder, some are wider than other, you can go to a school and see that kids that some might have wider shoulders, wider hips and torso, others are shorter. Diets are never the same for people that gain weight easy and other that find hard to put weight on. Like Rich Piana once said, if you are endomorph, if you are carb sensitive, keto diet are the best choice. If a hardgainer do the keto diet they will probably die. Actually, it's hard to see endomorph on bodybuilding world, they go better on strength sports like weightlifting, powerlifting or strongman, most endomorphs they want to lose weight and stay lean not muscular.

Your " body type " is the one that you eat for . It's simple and fat people don't want to hear it . I gues in the 90s guys like Jay Cutler and Lee Priest were what you want to believe " endomorphs " , I guess they figured out late in life how to beat genetics and stay in shape year round . If you look at almost everyone's off season these days they almost always keep their abs , do you honestly believe that endomorphs stopped competing? I m no expert. But I do say this as a man who could have considered himself all 3 of those so-called body types at some point of my life. If that's the uneducated crutch i wanted to lean on .

Reading your post and also realizing you were asking questions about injecting yourself with synthol make me realize you are completely lost. Everyone in the room is pointing at you - wake up and take some good advice. You don't know what you are talking about and obviously need help. Why don't you post a picture of your current physique so we can get a better idea of where you are currently. You will get where you want to go so much faster if you actually listen to people who have already done what you are trying to accomplish.

So let's see that endomorph build you speak of.

Every diet is different for every person, I believe in studies not in Jay or Lee priest, that are lots of published studies about somatotypes, there are some evidences and studies about different physiques

of course every person is different, they don't fit in one of those stupid categories. It's not a thing...people realized over 20 years ago it's just a made up way to categorize people.

ok, just change the words, just change the adjectives, what would you call ? fat, skinny, chubby, BBW, thin, thin, slender, whatever the words you wanna use, BUT, there is different body types of fucking course. Some people are also more food senstive than others, some people gain weight faster than other, some people find difficult to put weight on . You choose whatever the words you wanna use, no problem, BUT, saying that there is no such thing as different body types is a joke.

Cite these studies that debunk real world experience. Please.
