shitshow of comments is people saying that there is no such thing as endormorph, all right, those guys that is tall and wide as fuck has the same body type as those small short torso ectomorph body type, of course, all right, those guys that eat a fucking lot and don't put any weight on, I weight more than 220 pounds since when I was 15 years old and never worked out, If I eat the same as those hardgainers guys I put weight on every fucking day. Some people put on weight easy some people eat a lot as fuck I don't gain any weight, actually, it's really rare here in America endomorphs body type, it's more common in Europe and East Europe where we see those strong powerlifters and strongest man. BUt, some guys saying here that there is no such thing as somatotypes it's a fucking joke of course.
Can you give us your diet?
 
I agree with the others that this endo, ecto, and mesomorph thing is crap. I think I have been in each category bouncing back and forth my whole life pending many different factors. You can use these terms to describe your current self but I would not latch onto the terms in regard to future steroid plans.

When Someone gain 15 pounds they think they are endomorph , when endormorph is something related with childhood, kid, how you looked when you were 10, 12, 13 years old, skinny, big, short, fat, whatever, without working out, usually you see by shoulder wide measurement, people that have wide shoulders width, without working out, of course you can change your body type, if I get HIV I will be an ectomorph, of course. Just because you can change your body type it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, Michael Jackson changed his skin color. But, he wasn't born white right ? For me, was a big change when I started getting tips for endos, which is rare in bodybuilding world, example, usually you guys eat white rice, I started getting a better shape when I stopped eating white rice which is high glycemic index and started eating brown rice which is low, was a big change for me. I think it's like Rich Piana said , stop reading everything on internet an started testing everything by yourself with trial an error, it's the best cenario. I've seen more stupid questions in this forum but the biggest problem ever is my fucking question. I think these guys they don't want to believe that there are some people that can put more muscle on easier than them. They think everybody is the same.

I am talking from experience. Before you try and attack me go look up all my posts. My 20 plus year journey is well documented here. There are no steroids specifically for endos versus ectos. Your results will be based on your diet, cardio and method of strength training. Get your diet under control, come back in 6 months, post a pic and then we’ll be glad to give you some advice. Stop blaming your genetics - it’s a loser mentality.

If you are this guy from the profile picture probably you aren't endo, even if you eat 10000 calories you won't be. Probably you don't feel hungry enough to eat that amount of food.

I love my genetic , I love, I can gain weight easy, I'm not complaining at all. PLease. No excuses at all. I would prefer be big 280 pounds even with 20% BF , like a bodybuilding off season style, rather than 220 pounds with 5% BF. Which person has they own personal desires and choices.
 
280lbs is not an off-season bodybuilder but a sumo wrestler... few bodybuilders exceed 10% body fat, especially these days

the same with skinny guys that think they are strong big and muscular, they need to see an eye care doctor. The other guy saying there is no bodybuilder 280 pounds of season , that are bodybuilders competing with 300 pounds, not as used to back in 90's but still there is some.

I have seen skinny guys eating 5000 calories a day and not putting any weight on, because they have a very fast metabolism, If I eat the same fucking shit I will get fat easliy, also, there are those guys that can eat whatever the fuck they want and not get any fat.
 
If was an excuse to be fat I would be asking for tips to lose weight in a fitness forum. Fuck off losing , everything in my life is all about growing, making more not losing.
 
Of course we can change body type through diet, surgery, drugs, pills everything, but we are talking about when the person was fucking born not after taking drugs, working out, steroids, diets etc.

Luki I'm from Brazil, which is going good on Mr Olympia by the way, some of the athletes working with Chris Aceto by the way, Brazil is the best country for bodybuilding after USA right now. We are the second country with the most gyms and people at gyms and athletes.. Now we have lots of athletes competing. By the way there are some brazilian coaches coaching american athletes like the coach Fabricio Pacholok which is coaching the american athlete Derek Lunsford. All of them here in Brazil say about the endomorphs, ectomorphs stuff, and some of the tips I got about it was from the nutritionists and bodybuilding coaches that helped me a lot. But, americans still are the best right ? So, if you guys don't believe in body types that's OK. Just remember that Brazil is a third world country poor as fuck as we are close to America in the bodybuilding world.

of course there are people who are naturally slim or have a greater tendency to gain fat, there are also regional characteristics - for example Nigerians usually have little body fat and relatively much muscle, people from Scandinavia living closer to the Arctic Circle have more body fat etc. but it has absolutely no significance when choosing steroids - you have more body fat so you will probably have to use more IA etc.
