Hi all, this is my first post and I live in the UK, thankyou for your time
I have steroid induced testicular failure but to be honest I dont understand whats going on. My last cycle was 6 months long and Ive been off everything for 8 months and still my sperm count is real low. My test levels and LH levels are normal and my FSH is only just out of line by 1nmol. Cant remember the exact figure as it was on a piece of paper at my IVF clinic.
This time round I have managed to get enough Sperm for IVF but Im scared that after 1 more cycle I will be infertile and therefore no more kids.
Can anyone offer advice how I can cycle and maintain what little sperm count I have left. I want to stay on permanently and I know the wife will want another kid.
Surely I cant be infertile after a six month cycle? Alot of people stay on for years on end and still father kids so whats wrong with me.
