I'd try Nebivolol (beta blocker without the beta blocker side effects) and ashwaghanda/rhodiola

Haven't tried CBD but curious how it would compare to ashwaghanda/rhodiola

Yep got my bystolic right here but ashwaghanda makes me feel weird, since i have anxiety and take xanax the ashw makes me feel anxious and wont lt me settle down, its a known side effect ones w anxiety can obtain, it blows

Why take otc-stuff if you already take Xanax though? That's as strong as it get's for anti-anxiety purposes. Is your anxiety THAT bad?

It's great that they are moving forward and opening up their perspectives regarding depression treatment. The AD's we have now work great BUT apart from a few, they all come with crippling sexual side effects. Which would be yet another reason to stay depressed. One needs to be able to have sex and enjoy it too which is hard on any of the SRI's.

One novel treatment as well is Ketamine-infusions, I've heard of it actually curing depression which is an almost miraculous feat.

Now don't go doing Special-K on your own guys, that probably won't end well

if you;re not tested, just vape on some full spectrum cbd.

and this comes from someone who isnt into the whole weed lifestyle.. or even smoking trraditional weed.. but trust me quality high full spectrum cbd is a life saver.. i even think it re-shapes your thinking process that after a while you dont even need it.

try smoking some high cbd flower before a workout... best preworkout ever.. trust..

trendiol was the worst, followed by EQ. Everything else I'm good including tren E which I thought was weird. OTC picamilon, theanine and rhodiola has worked best for me. Script I use clorazepate, works great IME.
