I wish more people posted trading videos here. I think it would add some energy to the forum. I love the idea of being jacked and running a 6 minute mile. I don’t ever run because it honestly makes me too sore. I walk on incline on the treadmill 3mph 12-15 degrees, 2-4 times a week year round. Once a year I’ll either run for 1 hour outside or put the treadmill on 6mph and run for 1 hour non-stop. It’s only hard the first 10 minutes than my body adjusts and I could probably run at that pace for even longer. I know it’s a slow jog and honestly I’ll be so sore for about a week after that but I still like to do it kind of for fun and people around me are always surprised that I can do that. The key to any endurance efforts is all about pacing. As long as you don’t go too deep and have a feel for your red zone.
