Steve talks about how he switched over from heavy weight to a more volume based approach to training which has enhanced his leg workouts. Steve chats about how he trains legs twice a week and why everyone should be training their legs twice a week too.

BIG WHEELS!!!

I think Steve gets a pro card this year. Along with Juan Morel.

Kuclo's legs are insanely big. Crazy vascularity in his legs too

Steve is a great bodybuilder, but I don't even have to see the video to hear his philosophy.

Steve got big using low volume training and eating big.

Steve got bigger using high volume training and eating bigger.

Steve has always had good geneticis.

Steve has always had great people behind him.

Steve has always been persistant.

Get the picture? Good genetics. Work hard every day. Eat right every day. He could switch training methods, diets, etc... He will always be successful.

You have to find out what works for you. I'd rather listen to the guy who went from 150lbs to 300lbs than the guy who started at 220 and wound up at 250.

Ive met Steve at Metroflex and he is an awesome guy, but I agree with Dave.

Leo the shoes he is wearing are called Vibram Five Fingers. I used to have a pair but the toes started to tear from heavy leg press. They feel great on training legs. I wouldnt train calves in them though as I need some arch support. Im now using Otomix Stingrays and have to say they are the best training shoe ever!!!

I 110% agree with you Dave. Genetics+Nutrition+Hardwork= Success.

I dont have the worlds best genetics but they are good enough to work with.

I eat huge! And Im about to rebound after this show.

I have great people behind me. I train under IFBB Pro Capriese Murray and my nutritionist is George Farah.

I am a very persistent person, been training for 10 years straight and 8.5 yrs i spent natural building a foundation.

This next offseason I'm going to incorporate training legs x2 a week as they are my lagging bodypart. I will only train shoulders/arms about once a month as they are my strongest points. Im going to keep everything high volume/intensity as thats what I know I respond to best. I'll def let you guys know how this works out for me.
