Steven A 1 year update

This is my son Steven... hes turning 1 next month and..... we both nearly share the same birthday in March..

My wife is throwing a a big birthday bash for both of us...

Good clean food( sheesh kebabs, chicken kebabs, basmati rice, shirazi salad, and basmati rice being served) and lots of fun stuff going on...

I live in the northern Los Angeles area known as the foothills....or Sunland/shadow hills..

All pro muscle members invited and.....i know a few are coming.
should be fun..

Steven has some pretty good genetics going.. Hes a burly 23lbs after an 8 oz bottle.

I can't believe he is 1 already! To let everyone know, Alex will be turning 40 too! Too look like that at 40 is saying something! Wishing many years of happiness for both, you and your son.

the party will be fun... We are having a dealing crew.... deal poker, craps and blackjack...and there will be DJ.. the food is killer ... LIke you said.. healthy but good...

But these are the best times.. our daughter is 4 and is a lot more work than the one year old she used to be... here is her pic at his age....

I think our kids do have good genetics for being in fit or bodybuilders...... my wife is asian and in good shape...and as a kid, i was always a little stocky but on the lean side.. In college i fattened up... got tired of having a few chins and got serious with my diet....

Yeah Greg... hard to believe...hes almost 1... you were holding him at just a month or so old.. seemed so recent.

My little girl is turning 18, February 21. It seem like yesterday, she was your daughter's age. You can never spend too much time with them. Before you know it, they will be adults.

Oh my gosh, I never realized how much they look alike! You and Nga have definitely figured out the formula for beautiful kids. Can't wait to see them! Oh, and you guys too It's going to be a fun party!

Hey Bro,

He is a cute kid, like Father like Son and has some of Nga's looks too. My wife was telling me that half Asian and half foreigner are usually very beautiful babies. I guess I gunna have to wait and see then. Wish Steven and you a very wonderful Happy Birthday. I wish I can pop over to give Nga a hand in cooking and join the Barmy Army Party! I wonder if your Son will follow his Father footsteps into Bodybuilding which he reaches 16 yrs? He has pretty good genetics

I know it is impossible to have everyone get together and meet up for some fun and hang out talk, eat and have a good time..

but you guys have been great friends to me and i wanted to extend a warm welcome anyway...

Im not the party type guy.... this was my wifes planning and im really getting excited about it because we have a really good house with a nice big yard and it is going to be lots of fun..

To me.. my kids are the number one reason i wake up in the morning.. I dont even like to be gone at the gym when they wake up... so i go to the gym as early as possible so i can spend as much time as possible with them..

Life goes by so fast and kids will only be so precious for a short time ... I want to enjoy every moment with them...

And yeah BigChef... i really look forward to training with both of them....i will be an older guy by the time they can workout with me.. but i think about it all the time...Im pacing myself so i can keep going for a long time...

Anyways.. thanks again for your polite responses... a compliment about my kids is the highest compliment i can get... far beyond winning or doing well at a bodybuilding show...
