Si..im following the Y3T programme...not on a weekly rotation...but on the principle of 1st rotation of muscle groups..the low reps..then the 2nd rotation ( usually the 5th or maybe 6th day as opposed to being the following weekly same day )...the mid range reps and the 3rd rotation the high volume and high rep time.
Now i generally at present have my muscle groups split over 3 ways or 4..on a 2 on 1 off basis work permitting..or sometimes 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off etc..or 3 on 1 off..its flexible and work permitting time, hence how sometimes the grouping gets split to make a 4th day to train the full body.
Now today as an example is a day off work..and following the schedule loosely is also a day off from gym as done 3 days in a row already. HOWEVER..I feel good, feel rested etcetcetc..and the next session should be Day 1 of the Y3T Cycle...So...do i go in and train while i know i have time..or do i leave it till tomorrow where time might be limited and i may either miss a session or have to split the session and only do one bodypart??
Just opinions really as this occurance happens regularly'''plus i love to train and have to force myself to take a day off..and in my opinion and other'...i train damn hard to!!!!...But i seem to recover ok...wish i grew as good,ha
