Do you notice getting them more at one given BW or a nother?
I changed pillows, got extra pillows, less pillows etc. just a minor annoyance but non the less id like to not get them.
I get them from time to time from old sports injuries and wrecks. I always remember what my old wrestling coach said, "there is no such thing as a stiff neck!" Use a pillow and do the front neck bridge with as much of your bodyweight as you can stand. The last time I had a serious cramp it took a while to get it worked out and and I had a got sweat going. well thats just mean Chef. Why would you crash your wifes car everynight before bed just to sleep on the airbag. seems alittle selfish and not too well thought out.
