Those are not actual gallbladder stones. More like fatty globules. I was going to do a gallbladder cleanse once upon a time. Then I researched the subject. What you think are thousands of stones are actually fatty globules.

What people don't realize is that gall stones can also back up into your liver, which only complicates things.

Cinder. I had the exact same symptoms as you back in '08. I was bent over in pain it was so bad. I went to the ER and was given UDCA, and that took the pain away. My personal doctor said that I had gastritis. Another doctor said that I had gallstones and needed to have my gallbladder removed ASAP. I said that I wanted another opinion. I then underwent a sonigram (sp?). Was told that there were no gallstones, but there was some sludge. I started eating smaller meals, and take 1500 mg of TUDCA every day. I hope this helps.
