Some stims I can handle... But the fat burners and preworkouts now a days have some crazy shit in them that make me wig out. Last prep I took this stuff called Malice... Made me feel like I was on X
I use them when dieting only. I let my body have a break during off season and limit caffeine to as low as possible so when I do reintroduce them they are more effective.
I have tried many over the years and found that most will work on me maybe 2-3 times before my body gets used to it and I have to either up the dose to high or it doesnt work at all.
I wish I could find something that would give me a little kick for my PM cardio but its hard cause then most of the time it will keep you up from sleeping too.
I started taking stims this year pre contest.. Im taking ephedrine hcl, jet fuel pyro, caffeine, green tea, yohimbine, l-tyrosine, redlines, monsters, 5-hour energy, and i use a pre workout.
