Stomach Flu

I think I got ahold of some tainted chicken. I am on day two of having a fever, diarrhea, SEVERE abdominal cramps every 15-30 minutes. Everything I have read says it should pass within 48 hours so hopefully by tomorrow it will be gone.

I have been drinking tons of water, eating as much as I can tolerate and resting.

Is there anything else I can do or anything I shouldn't be doing?

It's going around. My whole family has had the same thing the past 2 days. Pedialyte helps. I've managed not to puke but I have no desire to eat anything whatsoever

Try a probiotic. They truly work. Also, yougurt /activia is good for stomach health.

Dude, it's killing me. All I have been able to stomach is 2 protein shakes and about 10oz yam. I need to eat something but can't. Since I am basically fasting, I have had 4 ghrp/ghrh doses today and will have another right before bed... Might as well burn some fat and preserve some muscle while not eating, LOL. I thought for sure the ghrp6 would stimulate appetite or gastric emptying or something but no dice. My stomach feels so full I can barely drink enough h2o
