Why do people insist on starting a contest prep without everything they might need on hand , I understand that a good 16 week prep cycle is expensive especially if you run GH but what happens when you start off with half your shit and something comes up and you can't get more , or you suddenly get a flair up of gyro and you decided that having Letro on hand was to expensive, and you never had gyro issues before.

You don't go into combat thinking " I don't need to carry all that shit , I can pick it up along the way" , fuck no !!!
You look at every possible scenario and you plan for that , have everything you could possibly need because that one thing you leave out will be exactly what you need later.

Three local people that are not new to competing have come to me this last month with this exact problem asking if I knew where I could get XYZ quickly cause there source scammed them or got busted , turns out the anti estrogen they got was fake or whatever.

Hire a coach
Discuss with the coach your goal and evaluate your situation
Discuss you previous gear experience with the coach
Get their opinion on what you might need and order it ALL , have ALL your gear on hand BEFORE you start your prep

I think most coaches do a good job of laying EVERYTHING out before the start of the prep, but sometimes things can slip through the cracks.

I usually buy something every check so I won't be overwhelmed by the amount of money ill be dropping on an entire 16 week cycle with ancillaries..

But yea I won't start a cycle if I don't have everything ready to rock, it would be extremely irresponsible and not worth the risk otherwise.
