I like to think Im a pretty strong guy, I am for my area and compared to the general public. BUT as far as the game Of Iron...
Ive seen and trained with some guys that will put you back in place quikly.

It seems plenty of bros here know each other locally. Thus prevents (probably!) posting up bullshit lift numbers.

For example-I can vouch for Johnny B's lifts. And he for me.
It would be pretty weak to lie about stuff like this (not to say that is happening).

And just in my opinion-its a contest within yourself. For example I
may never achieve lifts like some guys-and I couldnt care less! Not that I dont receive some inspiration for watching bros lift big. But its important for me to beat my own best lifts-thats what I strive for.

I think thickness and density of muscle are more linked to strength than sheer size of muscle. Also most of strengh is held in the durability and power of your connective tissues. Guys with big thick joints are always stronger than the flex wheeler (small structure big muscle belly) types

Bench - 320lbs
Squat - 505lbs (haven't maxed in a long time)
Deads - 495lbs
Seated rows - 300lbs x 6
Military press 205lbs x 6

My back is exceptionally strong for my weight and size. (at least compared to the people around my gym)
