Strength Loss while dieting down........

i think the longer you diet, the less likely you are to notice drastic strength decreases. Also dieting correctly helps as well. I dieted for 15 weeks for my show and didnt really lose much strength at all. Feed the muscle and burn the fat....youll stay strong as an ox.
