Is there such a thing as being too strict in your form??? while you lift??? like on bench or side lat raises?? will this hamper my growth??? because i dont cheat or swing the weight and use the neg to my advantage???
I dont bounce the bar off my chest and dont lock out its a 5-7 sec neg and a 4-6sec pos on bench
