Ok I've got a strange problem I come in one day with a light warm up and I'm benching 350 like its nothin a few days later I come in and I'm weak as hell the weight from 135 even hurts. One day I'll come in and do a few sets of 20 with 225 and the next training session I'm fighting for a rep of 10. My muscles ache from what should be warm ups for me. This doesnt happen very often but its more often than what I want it to happen. My diet doesnt change, I stretch and have tried diffrent things but I usually just call it quits for the day. My question is what is causing this? Does anyone else have this problem? I really feel its more than just having an "off day". I'm thinking I might have some type of defecincy or reaction to something in my diet but my deit doesnt seem to change.
 
How many days rest are you taking in b/w training sessions?
 
Sounds like Over training, Can you please post your "Supplement Regimine", Diet, times when you eat, training schedule, sets, reps and exercises. Some people just work better training a bodypart once a week, two times a week, or once every 10 days.
 
Sounds like your CNS is not fully recovered by the time you get into the gym again and your neuropathways are not 'firing' properly.

Good question above - how long between training sessions?
 
I agree with Big A. sounds like a CNS issue. Better try taking more time between workouts or increasing the intensity but lowering the volume dramatically. I find that I can only get one GOOD pressing workout a week, and sometimes 7 days isn't enough so I back off for a workout and get a good one next time. you can't go balls out all the time...

Maybe a CNS problem, I try to eat every 2-3 hours during the day. During night time I might go 6 without food. I'm eating plenty of protein and carbs with every meal. I trained on a saturday and went back on tuesday.

Saturday to Tues is not enough time for your CNS to recover after an intense workout. I would give it 7 day and go from there. I like to go heavy one week and come back the next week and hit it light along with alot of stretching. Cjay
 
There is the magic solution, give your self more time, as we become better, stronger, more advanced, we need more rest bewteen workouts,

anyone take certain vitamins for thier CNS? Thanks guys I think I'll start training heavy bench once a week instead of twice. I do a lot of HIT style training so this makes sense.
