Just watching WSM 2017 on tv and they mentioned Terry Hollands has dropped a lot of weight, looked it up and ...blimey
Says he wants to compete bodybuilding now and step on stage
Big Z also went through same metamorphosis. More Strongmen moving towards the Pudz physique

lots of muscle, but still a lot of fat to lose. looks like he might have a problem with loose skin, too

Good for him. He looks much better. Probably healthier for him in long run to not have all that fat on him.

If u think about it, they dont have to eat as much to suporta lesser bodg weight but still can keep most of their strength. Then go back to 100% eating, and bulk to a leaner stronger peak weight then their previous peak wejght. Body building has a place in powr lifting pudz figured it out a long time ago. Big z mighta tried this too late. Maybe he wants a 5th wsm to tie pudz.
