Just finished a 7-8 week course..
Stats are 5`9, 240 at end and 9.4% body fat.
Food was about 4500 per day as really struggled to eat - kept getting eggy burps, stomach cramps, appetite was appauling etc..
The past two years I have only added about 5lb of muscle tissue as two years ago I was 235 or so - my strength is up in all lifts though by around 10% since then but I just dont seem to be adding a lot more muscle.
Now with my stats I`d most likely comp again at around 212-215 as I am pretty dry and hard right now having just finished running 1300 test and 600 tren e.
No slin/HGH this time.
The only noteable time I have added muscle at a rapid pace was 2-3 years ago when I had stalled at 225 for ages even though I was eating upwards of 5k cal per day - I just added another 600mg per week of AAS and the muscle came on FAST.
Do I need to do that again?
Now with another 5-7lb of muscle I`d make a good heavyweight and I know a lot of these guys use more than 2g AAS per week. I have tried not to up the dose unnecesarily but without force feeding and being sick I seem to have hit a brick wall
