I've been dieting since June 1st and I've dropped 20 lbs already but the last 3-4 days I've binged because I've stalled on progress for the last 2-3 weeks now and I'm getting very discouraged. Should I keep trying to drop or should I move into a lean bulking phase?
My stats are
5'10", 21 years old, weight at my lowest is 165.2 lbs, i'm hovering at around 166-167 lbs.
I lift 4x a week, upper power, lower power, upper hypertrophy, lower hypertrophy. I do cardio as HIIT for 20 minutes 2x a week.
