Hello guys so I’m on test 500 a week
Eq 400 a week
Tren only 300 a week
I used few ai but I started feeling shit then I stop it for now last blood work was a month ago test level came out around 2k
Estrogen level 50
I can’t get good sleep and I tried so many things I used to use 5mg melatonin with other supplements like magnesium and that did it and now I’m wide awake like a fucking 🦉
Also my doc was saying my estrogen was a bit high
 
Did you get your prolactin checked? It can cause sleep issues as well if I’m not mistaken
 
40 mg melatonin capsules before bed
20-25 mg delta 9 - 2 to 3 hours before bed
I can sleep 9 to 11 hours when I do that stack

Tren Amps up the central nervous system and adrenaline response which can lead to that wide awake feeling.

I find a beta blocker can help counter this effect somewhat. I still have to take more than I’d like when tren is in the mix to sleep, but not sleeping well isn’t an option for me
 
You’re on tren. Take 600-800mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate before bed for the increased dopamine and address the mast cell activation tren causes.

Who is they?
If you are running gear you 1000% should be paying and getting your own bloodwork done.
If you are doing anything else, you probably shouldnt be on gear to begin with.
 
I can sleep fine on even 525mg (never gone higher, probably didn't need that much either) but I need to ramp it up over a few weeks. I start at 150-200 and get to 300-350 by week 3 and I'm fine from there. Once tren-insomnia starts, it lasts a long time and causes more issues than it's worth. YMMV

@DOGGCRAPP has also been an advocate of high doses of melatonin for multiple benefits. If you search the board I'm sure he's posted about it here.
 
5mg melatonin isn’t going to do shit for trensomnia.

Impaired sleep should be considered as part of the deal when it comes to Tren, as it upregulates the Hypocretin/Orexin signaling which strongly promotes wakefulness. The sleep disorder narcolepsy results from the absence of Orexin signalling. Give those poor bastards some Trenbolone!
Interestingly, Melatonin restored the insomnia-like alternation induced by 17β-trenbolone exposure in animal models.

I definitely I appreciate the information.

I see that hypocretin is always involved in the regulation of sleep cycles as well (in addition to the wakefulness you mentioned), which should in theory reduce REM sleep as well.

I noticed this with my sleep last night. I added one shot of 100mg tren e (plan is 300mg/week) and noticed a massive REM sleep falloff and waking up more times a night compared to the prior night.

Here’s the two charts. The one with more awake time is the tren chart

50mg Seroquel 30mim prior to sleep knocks me out
 
Magnesium before bed and DAO and Zyrtec and you will sleep like a baby

Just an FYI to help.

Zyrtec is a 2nd generation anti-histamine and thus, has less sides than Benedryl.

That said, in this rare instance, Benedryl’s more pronounced side effects (drowsiness/sedation) is welcomed here for sleep.

I felt compelled to share just in case anyone reads this looking for sleep assistance. lol.

Oh I agree 100% for pure sleep Benadryl does the trick . In my case thankfully all I need is Zyrtec DAO and magnesium
