Struggling with feeling flat even during bulk?

Coming back to this topic, I’m starting to think I was intaking too much water. I was doing 150oz+ water and eating cream of rice nearly every meal, and I think I was peeing out my electrolytes making me very flat.

Also, no worries on derailing to winstrol talk. It’s relevant to some degree!

I’m thinking I’ll either cut back on the fluids, or perhaps add more salt to my meals (currently doing about 1/4tsp) or add some electrolytes to my water.
No offense but that sounds like some terrible broscience. Why haven’t you gone to the doctor at this point?

Dehydrating yourself by drinking to much plain water is broscience?

I did go to the doctor, all my bloodwork was good.

150oz of water is not that much - and then you said plus COR lol. I’m not a doctor but no way that is making you piss out all the water in your body to the degree you look flat…

Maybe post some pics. Fasted AM, after a few meals and post work out.

I will try and grab some tomorrow to show fluctuations through the day, good call bro. Could just always be in my head anyways, second pair of eyes would be beneficial.

That’s what I’m saying - all of us here have bodymysphoria. We see ourselves so differently than an objective stranger.
 
I think that running test:EQ 1:1 your e2 may be low - I recommend checking blood tests
IIRC EQ does not that to you, I think you even said that you need a higher AI dose when you add Boldenone to Test.
Is that right?
 
in my case it was but in 90% of cases EQ actually lowers e2
Of course I know it, hence my question. You're one of the few exceptions.
You use ECLIA test for E2?

Same problem I had a while ago probably: hyponatremia.

Drinking too many fluids and pissing out electrolytes (mainly sodium) with muscle flatness, lethargy and in my case also heart rythm disturbances...

You gotta be careful with the general bodybuilding advice of drinking litres of water per day.
