Struggling with feeling flat even during bulk?

Lately (maybe a month now) I can’t seem to get good pumps much anymore, less vascularity and strength isn’t moving like it should. I’m on test/eq anadrol, slin and GH. I should be full as a house. Carbs are high too, around 1000 on training days. Salting all my meals, drinking plenty water, insulin sensitivity still there… not sure what’s up.

Anyone ever experienced this?

Been getting cramps and dry mouth as well too almost like I’m not properly hydrated, even though I’m getting lots of sodium and water.
It sounds like one of 4 things:
1) massively overtrained
2) bunk gear
3) you’re body fat levels are too high
4) lacking sodium in diet
 
This works quite well believe it or not... I have my clients use it when they complain of not getting pumps during training. Sodium+ carbs+ water=more volume in the blood and the muscle(s) being trained.

I've used a sodium bicarb product for acid reflux before training for a couple of decades probably. I imagine it helps my performance a bit, although I know the performance studies used massive amounts.
 
100% mate - it’s honestly a bit absurd.

The visual impact for me mimics IGF, almost like it has this profound impact on subcutaneous water. Even after a heavy food day of dumplings or BBQ it just takes all that bloat. Relatively new to the compound but I sincerely am enjoying it

Same here. Will be starting winny next week I'm thinking. Been years and last time 2+ years ago was 3 weeks at 25mg day so nothing major. Current plan is 8-10 weeks of 50mg ED.
 
How many days a week is this ?
Lately 3-4, when home consistently 5 unless something unusual in the schedule pops up.


Difference between two photos is about 90 minutes and the 50mg stanozolol sublingually administered.

Not the leanest guy but sort of illustrates the difference

I would think a lot of people have lol especially on this board. Winni is awesome around 100mg.
Lol that was the point of my response. Every degenerate on here has run 100mgs of Winny a day - I’d bet my left nut half the dude’s here have tried 200mgs a day.

He’s either doing it to get his posts up or he’s just a putz. Time will tell.
 
Winny at higher doses has a dramatic effect especially if you are very lean to begin with. It will help create a really hard and dry look to the muscle. I have used 100mg but I wouldn't again because within 1 week at that dose my joints feel like I am 250 years old.

1 tsp should work. Especially if you are getting at least close to enough sodium in your diet.

Anyway i am on 100 Drol 100 Winny Ed and i love those two stacked together. My joints feel great, never had issues on Winstrol at any dose.

Coming back to this topic, I’m starting to think I was intaking too much water. I was doing 150oz+ water and eating cream of rice nearly every meal, and I think I was peeing out my electrolytes making me very flat.

Also, no worries on derailing to winstrol talk. It’s relevant to some degree!

I’m thinking I’ll either cut back on the fluids, or perhaps add more salt to my meals (currently doing about 1/4tsp) or add some electrolytes to my water.
