What brand did you use, and do you ever get your dhea levels checked?

Yes. I've always been a guy who does labs on a regular basis. My TRT doctor suggested using DHEA along side my TRT at the time. My levels weren't off much but he wanted me to use it to keep things in optimal range. Last bottle I used was Jarrow formulas.

That a pretty high dose of DHEA. I use 25mg/day and my DHEA levels are 327 which is at the high end of normal. Range is 71.6-375.4

The DHEA he uses is 100mg based on a 2 pill serving..so, I’ll just be taking 1 pill as I find 50mg dhea nightly to be my sweet spot

Exactly, forgot to mention that.

I also am on DHB now which lowers estro. When I am on test only or test and trest I use half that. The combo gives me a similar balanced feeling as to when I am running a low dose of HCG on cycle.
