Maybe lost in translation but I did not see the word cancer once in the article. I am not going to worry about occasional use ie once or twice a week. Unisom original worked better from me anyways.

I still am not seeing this supposed link between sleeping pills and cancer. Not to mention, what the hell is a sleeping pill (as in, how is it defined pertaining to this 'study')? Ambien is a 'sleeping pill', Unisom is an OTC 'sleeping pill', but Xanax(or any other benzo), anti-histamines, tranquilizers, CNS depressants, and tons of other drugs are used to put people to sleep without really being 'sleeping pills'. Is this supposed cancer link caused by any meds that make you sleep unnaturally, or meds that are specifically made and prescribed solely for sleep (like Ambien or Lunesta) or even tylenol PM or Unisom? You can't make a wild claim like this, post nothing, then come back with a strange foreign link, and then not really tell us what it actually is that supposedly causes cancer. Looks like some serious fear mongering to me.

Last paragraph:
study from 2012 with 40.000 people => patients that took a minimum of 132 doses of zolpidem a year had an increase of 35% of getting cancer.

otherwise it was on about how even valerian root is dangerous cause it can make u drowsy and shit.

in short this article is shit with barely any references to studies.
