Some of you know I just came off a fairly lg dose of AAS and a bulk..After all these years I think I have been doing things backwards..I always bulk up using gear and then come off the gear only to cut wishing I was still on..Today I start my cut and wished I had save the gear for it..Hell we all know that food is the most anabolic thing on planet earth..So why not bulk using food only and then cut using some anabolics..This would help stop the decrease in size and strength when cutting..Have I been doing this backwards all these years?

I WOULD NEVER BULK.......ALWAYS TRY TO ADD LEAN MUSCLE WHILE BE ABLE TO SHOW IT OFF.

Shit I don't know what happened..This was to be my last bulk..I bulked for 6 weeks even with all that gear and only added 7.5 lbs in bodyweight..Shit I thought i ate a ton also..and that includes being in vegas last week eating at the buffet 3 x a day for 3 days..and I ate everything they had..Nice buffet at Southpoint (south Las Vegas)..it has different station having chinese, italian, american, mexican stations..ect..Oh well you'll keep me on track this time..No divorce to fuck with.

Sometimes we run into people and they become acquaintances ..Then sometimes we get lucky and we run into special people and they become a friend ..I just happened to get lucky and run into one of those special people..Thanks Phil for being there.

I think in the offseason I like to run just HRT doses and maybe one good bulking cycle for 8-10 weeks...(and that is nothing special)..But, I rather run a cutting cycle for the last 16 weeks before a show, and grow into the show and keep more mass than doing it the other way...

Chris this is exactly what I was talking about..and I have been doing it the opposite way.
 
instead of bulking and cutting and taking bodyweight up and down, why not a clean steady bulk. keep the bodyfat right around 10% or less and add lean muscle mass. i think this would be more beneficial and alittle safer. the steady slow increase in muscle mass versus a ton of weight real quick, some of which will be fat and water, seems to me like it would be easier on the body as a whole. it would also save you the trouble of worrying about having to diet down and cut up, which for me would be devastating losing all that weight. just a thought.
