Sub-Q injection knots

So I have some subq injection knots/bumps in the abdomen area from injecting l-carnitine and was wondering if there is anything I can do to get rid of them?

I figured they will go away with time, at least I hope cause when I get real lean I don't want to have bumps on my abs. I have been injecting about 1cc or less at a time but it seems like mainly where I have them is a little higher up on the abdomen (not like upper abs but around the 2nd row of abs). It seems like I don't have any issues if I inject lower. I have had the knots for a few weeks so I was hoping they would be gone by now.

Try lower back. Massage n bit of heat.
Or just save the hassle and shoot IM

I have had this issue when I tried test subq and it took about a month to finally go down. Ill never do test that way again. I know test is different but the answer IMO is it will eventually go down. When I use L-carnitine i go subq in lower stomach where I tend to hold more fat or in the fat of my glutes. So i think it may be because you have gone in upper abs where there is generally less fat, therefore unable to absorb as well. Is you BF low? I find the lower the BF the more time it takes to absorb

My bf is not low but it is much lower around where I have the problem (mid abs) so I think your probably right about that. I think I'll stick to very low abdomen and glutes and maybe IM on the legs as I'm giving my shoulders a bit of rest right now. I just figured since it was waterbased that it would have gone away by now but I guess it just needs more time.

Also I wonder if the concentration/strength has anything to do with it. I made mine really strong to where I only need to shoot 1cc instead of the typical 3-4cc's....

Yep I agree, if the concentration is stronger that could also be the reason. The one I use when I do is 200mcg per ml, but yeah I would stick to areas that contain more fat or are less conspicuous for lumps to be noticed
