Ive been averaging 200/250mg SQ for some time now.. Some times I go 5 days and some 7, hence the 200/250mg.
Some times have a lump for about a day. No issues, levels good. I don't really run anything else, juice related any more. But after years of pinning my ass, shoulders and quads I have built up a lot of scar tissue.
Shit, back in the day, I was pinning sometimes 2/3 times per week w 3mls.
If your just doing test, SQ is just as effective and gives your other areas a break. IMHO...
