Sublingual Test and Eq and Tren

They work. Have used them in the past and followed up with bloodwork. Sublingual T shoots free T up quickly but half life is short so you must take them multiple times per day or use them for preworkout kick.

There is a thread about these from awhile back.One gentleman cant inject due to an immune deficiency.He was using the prop sublinguals and his testosterone was over 2800 on bloodwork.

so it would be an option for those in a position in which injections aren't possible for whatever reason.cost would be considerably higher than I.M. testosterone.

I cant comment about Tren specifically, but medically the reason you take any medication sublinqual is because it goes straight into the blood stream under tongue which is very porous and bypasses the liver completely. When cardiac patients take Nitro sublinqual for chest pain, their coronaries expand within 2-3 minutes providing relief. If it has to actually go thru the stomach-->small intestine--->liver---> blood stream it would take 20-30min at least.

What if one were to crush up an oral and let it dissolve under the tongue? Are you saying this would bypass the liver and go straight into the bloodstream?

Not necessarily it depends on what the medication is bound with and if the size is small enough to enter thru the capillary pores under the tongue. Drugs that are made with sublingual purpose are made differently than drugs that are meant for swallowing.
