The 29-year-old was arrested Sept. 20, 2004 in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park, Kan. Police said Warfield had a blood alcohol level of .189 percent, more than double the state's .08 percent legal limit.
He pleaded no contest in January to a felony charge of driving under the influence, his third DUI in as many years. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail and 80 days of house arrest.
Hes had 3 DUI's in as many years? How long in the NFL? He gets a 4 game suspension. Tell me if I am wrong but dont players get 3 or 4 chances with performance enhancing drugs then ur out, then a life time ban? If alcohol is on the substance abuse policy list how come they do not get banned for that also? Oh yea, because drinking is not as unhealthy as performance enhancing drugs and little teenage girls arnt using alcohol either. R I G H T
