totaly random example say a 200 LBM.
divided by 2 giving you 100g high GI carbs post workout, we could just refer to simple or both simple and complex. ive been doing a scop waxy, 1/8 cup each of dex and malto. and of course a complex carb meal when get home but im talking bout simple sugar post work in depth here

well i have some read some ruff ranges of what some people do, i guess things depend what your dieting for and how well you respond to the carbs which we wouldnt really know, so there isnt any ruff guidleines on how much post workout, to a certain point you need a ceratin amount to be worth while and then not over spill. id bet there are some sport scientist out there that have a good idea on whats a optimum level with out over spill
 
I think that 50-60g of whey protein with 30-40g WMS or Dextrose is all thats needed , taking 75g doesn't do anything more for me as far as blood sugar gpoes than 40g does and i'm 270lbs right now

Follow that with a good meal 45 min later i think that would keep the body in and anabolic state for a few hrs after training

If i take in more that 60-70-g simple carbs in a shake it give me the shits in about 20 min , doesn't matter what kind of simple carbs either

If your just trying to ad pure bulk with no reguard for fat gain then up the cals as much as you can stand
