Sudo Cheat Meal, Pizza!

Ok making the crust nice round and pretty is a hard job!

Ingredients:
360 grams Pizza Dough (used premade Pillsbury)
336 grams Fat free cheese
426 grams 94/6 Lean ground beef
3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 jar of pizza sauce

Makes 6 slices at (each) 40 grams protein, 40 grams carb, 20 grams fat
Tastes great!

I use it on my eggs every morning and of course pizza!!!

Tastes great to me.

Melts a little different then regular cheese I think.

But taste wise its really nothing different.

Fat free tastes just like full fat, only difference is it is a flat (non shiny) look when cooked. Tastes how pizza should!

I thought I was going to be cool and make mini personal sized pizzas (1 per meal) so I bought the dough instead of a already made piece. The dough had only come in the white (I prefer the tastes of whole wheat). In the end though, it seemed nearly impossible to roll out little 6" pizzas so I gave up and just made 1 big one.

I just do it the lazy way though and use a whole wheat pita for the crust.
