Hey everyone so I know this is a well spoken about topic but i was looking for peoples opinions.
So I started dieting and I am using A 14 day run of DNP at 200mg pre bed with 25mg t3.
I had a small binge on quest cookies my girl friend brought home lol.
I’m curious to know if the calories count is actually accurate and if the carbs from a quest bar or some thing like that count as calories.
I did not feel raise in heat from the food but the calories have to be more then what’s on label unless the calories totally don’t count.
