It’s already not really a “cruise” and since you want to gain strength why not pop 20 to 40 got Anavar or Winstrol per day to help out?
 
Thank you for the input. Soap isn’t really doing anything and I’ve never had an acne issue at all before tren. I have enough to take 60mg a day for 90 days or until it’s fixed.

60mg is not too much at his size and I've never heard of anyone having joint or soft tissue issues with Accutane.
 
Thanks for all of the insight on this thread. Second round of labs came back looking stellar. Going to push for 250 lbs. I’m a tad under 6’3 so it’s not the 250 that most people think of, extremely long limbs.

1000 test, 300 npp, 700 eq. Gh 8IU, 10IU novorapid with every meal, 6 meals a day starting at 4500-5k calories. I’ll drop a pic in the picture section in 30 days.

It’s been working very well for me, my goal is to absorb every single ounce of nutrients from food I’m consuming. If you have a reason to not do it I’m all ears, but I haven’t had any issues yet doing it like this.

Have you been checking your BG? Insulin is a double edged sword..

8 times a day. Morning, after every meal, before bed. I’ve been looking into wearables but working construction not sure how well that would work. I burn an insane amount of calories a day work 6 days a week construction so to grow I need 800-1k carbs and my pancreas dose not like that. 15-20k steps is normal but all while carrying heavy shit or 100+ lb barrels.

Typically shoot for 150-180 carbs per meal and 10IU covers that no issue and will have my bg sitting around 80-85 30 mins after eating.

You're doing it right.

Most guys here are clueless on the right way to use insulin. You know you can always PM me if you have questions.

I don’t know about joint issues but 10mgs in the AM and PM has been great for me.

I’ll put a picture up in a month once things start to saturate. Fullness is already coming back, feeling strong but most importantly I’m feeling good and my appetite is raging. I look at this like an eating contest. I’m fighting against calorie burn daily so every calorie counts. The training is on point as always, hit 365 on bench yesterday. Incline still repping 235 for sets. Need to bring the legs up my biggest weak point. Shoulders won’t stop growing 😂
 
but you have a great hdl for someone who uses gear - do you really believe that you can use gear and have hdl above 40? If so, it's time to stop believing in Santa Claus lol

I’ve cruised at 200mg for 15 years now. If my joints start giving me a problem, I’ll drop down to 100 mg test and 100 mg deca. i’ve been 220 to 225 pounds for the last 20 years. Labs are always drawn three times a year by my doctor. At 46 years old, I’m not able to push the amount of weight due to my joints so I stay closer to 217 to 220. If you’re still growing, I think it’s a good idea to take time to just cruise and give your body a break.. If you think the insulin helps you then I don’t see a problem with it. I don’t agree with blasting just because your labs are in check. Eventually, it will take a toll on your health and labs, and joints as they will not be able to handle you being so strong and not backing off. That’s the way I would go about it. I’m autistic with posing no idea what I’m doing in that department. Still have a ton of weak points to fix also. My basement is where I lift for the most part so it’s just convenient lol
