Even though I am starting to shoot in April I wanna see the results mid summer.

Last cycle was 12 weeks of 500mg/test plus 60 mg daily OT last 6 weeks.

This time I am looking into:
Week 1-12 = 100mgtestprop+75mgmast prop EOD
Week 1-4 = 70mgOT
week 3-12 =500iuHCG

I am 5'11 190 10%bf trying to keep as much muscle as possible while dieting

Suggestions? Comments?

Run your hcg for a week after last test shot and start your PCT a few days after. Looks good.
 
i would throw in some stanzanol 50mg/ml in the last 4 weeks. this will get you real vascular. It will screw up your cholesterol levels.
 
HCG to more matter of opinion. It can be ran during the cycle, plenty of respectable names recommend it while others say the old traditional way. i think during cycle would work better as it would help keep you from shutting down while your on cycle and help make your pct go smoother. Id do 250iu 2x/week from week 2 up till start of pct. OR you could do as mentioned above but 250iu/2x/week isn't gonna cut it lol. More like 2000iu e3d IMO
 
3 days after last shot I start PCT

Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

1) should I do the HCG from week 3 to 12?
2) I have arimidex in hand (last cycle I had no sides at all) should I keep just in case?
3) Any suggestions?
 
Your diet and how well you stick to it will certainly be the determining factor in what you can expect this summer. Forgive me for not being familiar with the abbreviation, but what is OT?
I ran a similiar cycle last summer: 75prop/75mast/75tren shot ED and looked better than I've ever looked; I was just looking thru photos the other day - it really made me look forward to this summer. My nutrition, training, cardio, sleep, and lifestyle were all on point though, be sure you are dialed in. This summer I'll drop the masteron though, I really don't think it carried it's weight as much as the tren and prop did, seeing as how I don't think I went below 7-8% (masteron is, apparently, fantastic at very low %s.. but I wouldn't know much about that haha). My advice is to look into whether or not the masteron will be worth it for you - perhaps research its effectiveness at 10% bf.
Have you ever worked with a trainer here? Their clients' testimonials speak for themselves; someone like Phil or Shelby's expertise might do a lot more for you than tweaking, upping, or elongating your doses. Stay safe bro and good luck.

Last year I went down to 8% without doing cardio.

No I have never used the services of a trainer and I am sure that they are fantastic.

If I do it again Test/tren/mast is the combo that I will go for.

I can't risk the sides of tren.
