Hey dudes,

Just started my summer blast. Running 800 Sus, 600 Primo E and 450 Tri Tren a week along with my 3iu GH a day which I may up. Have some orals to randomly toss in along with Asin and Caber for sides. Weighed in at 195 today with the below BF measurements. We all take these machines with a grain of salt especially because there is no way I'm 7% lol. However the breakdown does make a little sense as 99% is in my lower belly.

Thanks homie. A little bloated from the Dbol and hormone swing. It's been 2 weeks today since my first poke. For me it's really that 6 week plus range when I start seeing results.

i read reports of injection site pain
u experiencing any of that with the primo?

Diet please!
6.5 days a week it's 5 meals and a post workout shake with my cheat Sunday evening. I don't eat processed carbs. My 5 meals usually consist of chicken, salmon or steak with white rice, sweet potatoes or white potatoes. I try and throw in spinach/kale whenever I can. I also eat a shit load of sushi, mostly clean hand rolls tho lol. Probably averaging 350-450 calories per meal. I believe I mentioned in previous posts I no longer lift weights because of my past injuries. These days it's cardio, TRX and randomly a machine circuit 1-2 times per week to mix things up. So like Stonewall said, I'm going more for recomp than I am for pure size as I am limited in that department.

I def have injection site pain but no telling what exactly it's from as the Sus has Test Prop in it, the Tri Tren has Tren Ace and like you said the Primo lol. On top of that I'm pinning 3mls EOD from just pinning .5ml once a week on TRT. So I mean the site pain is normal either way with that much oil.

Oh wow you built that physique with light machines and body weight cals? That’s impressive!

Question for you, tough one to answer though, what do you think you would look like without the gear? You think you would have drastically less thickness?

Appreciate it. And I can't say I completely built it on TRX, I did lift heavy for 15 plus years prior to the last 18 months lol. As much fun as I have blasting, gear for me is 90% TRT. My total Test at 23 years old was 190. I been on at least 125mgs of Test for 12 years now. Sorry to digress, my point is yeah I would obviously be smaller without the blasts, but its the cruising that has been absolutely essential to my way of life.

I did start with 10 days of Dbol. However I wasn't sure Slin was really worth it with my type of training and the risk involved. I've run it a few times back in the day and when I was lifting heavy it was always fun to see your shit blow up like it was going to pop, but to do it just on TRX, I dunno...

Oh my bad forgot to respond to the second part. I don't take much. My intra workout shake has BCAAs, EAAs, glutamine, creatine and green/multi vitamin powder. Other than that I take fish oil, vitamin c, vitamin d3 and some B5 to keep my skin from breaking out.

what green powder do you recommend? when i first started juicing in my early 20s I had acne issue a few times but then I capped my own 40mg Accutane and i nuked my sebaceous glands and then some, now i have had challenges with dry skin ever since
