by "machine circuits" u mean as a type of metabolic stressor? more heart rate than muscle building?
if so, simply switching to machines in a bb'ing routine, sets reps , longer rest times, will get u much more muscle built.
u wont be getting fat if diet's on and really u arent gonna burn as many cals as u think anyway.
i got my avatar pic look from 7 weeks of tren 50 a day. not even test base.
195 to 210 leaner afterward at 5 11....course i was doing the max-ot workout.
still. u can achieve some crazy look from focusing on machines for mass and the other stuff for whatever. on less gear than you're on and trust me u got better genetics than i do, by fuckin far.
