Summer is coming!!

I'll be upping my calories and not be quite so strict on my diet as my daily activity goes up some and I will be climbing around in the mountains and will need more calories to fund this work load.
 
I'm doing more cardio and cleaning my diet up. My cycle will be fairly simple with adjustments made if I need them. Test, NPP and HGH will be my staple items.
Sounds just like me. Especially the HGH. I will never come off of it the rest of my days.
 
Higher volume training and a good diet. Test, tren, mast always works for me.
 
Diet and cardio and I might dip my toes in a little tren again but not sure yet:D
 
Currently dieting for back to back shows…..after that it will be pretty easy to maintain a pretty lean physique during pool season……slightly increase my calories, but nothing crazy and probably cruise on alittle test/mast…..i have a pool at my house, so we have friends over almost every weekend to swim…..probably my favorite time of the year……swimming and grilling out!
 
One thing that Always kept me from competing was dropping weight in May!
With Concrete season Upon Me I would never Rebound the Size lost and end Up Perma Skinny till Winter!
 
Using IF now with an 8 hr eating window. Macros are 50% pro, 25% carbs and pro.

Training days are higher carbs (250g) and non training days are fairly low carb (150g).

Striving to get 45g fiber a day and loaded up on heart, bloof pressure, lipid support. For next 6 weeks, only running 10mg test cyp + 25mg prov a day with 200mg humanofort. After that adding primo.
