Don't beat yourself up over a pizza. Not that I exactly condone food as a coping mechanism, I can't say that I didnt do the same when I went through a rough patch a few years ago.
Just keep doing your best to stay on training and diet and control what you can, and don't sweat the small stuff like a pizza.
