Don't beat yourself up over a pizza. Not that I exactly condone food as a coping mechanism, I can't say that I didnt do the same when I went through a rough patch a few years ago.

Just keep doing your best to stay on training and diet and control what you can, and don't sweat the small stuff like a pizza.

Solid choice dropping the tren. I wouldn't have even fathomed starting tren during a time like that.

I'll come off tren and sometimes forget what it's actually like after a few months being off then think oh I got this and get back on a low dose, and even the low doses fuck with me sometimes. I start thinking dark shit and can get pretty impulsive.


Test, mast, and gh should easily do the trick! Plus with dbol in there you are basically on all "feel good" compounds.

Just try to channel everything into your training and new job. I know it's easier said than done.....but time heals everything man.

Biggest thing it's learn to be happy with and by yourself. Once you realize you can be happy on your own......it makes things a lot better in the next relationship that comes along!

This advice has helped me in the past. Hope everything is going well for you juggy.
